Getting a nice and reliable keyboard is one way of personalizing your setup and making your grind more comfortable. Getting gear that suits you and your preferences can not only greatly increase your performance but also your comfort levels. If you’re aiming at the highest ranks you won’t want to use mouse that has a tendency to malfunction either. You don’t want to game for an entire evening with a headset that annoys the life out of you, for example. It’s also about making sure you’ve got the right gear for you. Per key actuation means you can get ultra-sensitive on your W, A, S, and D keys for movement, while you can make other keys harder to press if you don’t want to accidentally hit them, such as “X” for shooting if you’re on a stealth mission and don’t want to alert non-player characters (NPCs).Gaming competitively isn’t just about grinding out the hours.
